Champion Homes has announced a definitive agreement to acquire Iseman Homes, Inc. and its affiliated companies, including 10 retail sales centers across the Dakotas, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, and Wyoming. Iseman Homes, a long-standing retail customer of Champion, generates approximately $40 million in annual revenue and brings a strong local presence and experienced management team to Champion’s growing retail network.
This acquisition is part of Champion’s broader strategy to expand its vertically integrated model—connecting factory-built housing production directly with retail sales channels. By combining Iseman’s regional expertise with Champion’s operational efficiencies and product innovation, the partnership aims to enhance service to homebuyers while driving sustainable business growth.
