This 6,000-square-foot seasonal residence includes 13 bedrooms, 4 suites, a shared kitchen and living space, and fully compliant commercial features such as sprinkler systems, fire alarms, and handicap accessibility. Modular construction allowed the project to be set in November and completed by May 1st, building the entire project during this exclusive club’s off-season.
Cedar Knolls regularly builds in flood-prone areas. This requires elevating homes above FEMA-designated flood zones and constructing to high-wind codes. These elevated homes typically require extensive decking, handicap ramps, and even elevators.
