SeaSafe Homes is addressing the growing need for safer, affordable housing in storm-prone coastal areas. Their modular homes are rated to withstand winds up to 180 mph, providing a stronger, faster alternative to traditional construction.

Built for Resilience

In the aftermath of hurricanes Milton and Helene in 2024, SeaSafe Homes recognized the need for a better housing solution. They began offering homes that are elevated above potential flood levels and built to endure hurricane-force winds. These homes are designed with a full box system for added lateral strength, 2x6 framing, and upgraded roof and exterior sheathing, making them a reliable option for coastal living.

Energy Efficiency & Zero Energy Ready

Starting in 2025, SeaSafe Homes will feature Zero Energy Ready (ZER) systems. This means that homes are equipped with solar-ready systems, energy-efficient HVAC units, and modern insulation. The goal is to help homeowners achieve long-term energy savings while reducing their environmental footprint.

A Smarter Construction Model

SeaSafe Homes also focuses on streamlining the construction process. By offering efficient building methods and partnering with local banks for financing, especially for storm-affected residents, SeaSafe ensures that their homes are accessible and quick to build.

Looking Ahead

SeaSafe Homes isn’t just about constructing buildings—it’s about providing safety, efficiency, and resilience for communities impacted by storms. By combining durability with energy efficiency, SeaSafe Homes is helping families rebuild stronger and smarter.
