MHBA is pleased to announce that the “Wickliffe” home by Affinity Building Systems in Georgia is our Home of the Month for August.Check out this adorable one-story beach house located in Sanibel, Florida. This house packs a lot of practical space into its 1,350 square feet including three bedrooms and two baths. Each bathroom features ceramic tile showers and double vanities.

The floorplan, large windows, and nine-foot ceilings allow plenty of daylighting in the dining and living rooms. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and black pearl granite countertops giving it a clean and classic look.

The outdoor shower and lounge area along with the board and batten cemplank siding give this home a true “beach feel.”
