The homeowners began their journey with plans for a site built home, but delays in the design phase required a fast and reliable alternative. After learning about modular construction and touring the Ritz Craft manufacturing facility, they chose to transition their project to a modular build.

That decision enabled their home to be completed on an efficient timeline and ready for move-in just in time for the holidays. Jacobs Creek stands as an example of how modular construction can provide a smooth path forward when schedules or circumstances change.

Jacobs Creek features a vaulted section running from the front to the back of the home, allowing natural light to flow through the main living areas and creating an open, airy feel.
