This dreamy mountain-modern cottage retreat is nestled mountainside just minutes from downtown Cashiers with a beautiful view of Whiteside Mountain. This was a tricky delivery up winding mountainous roads, as well as a sloped lot. However, this is where modular construction is very beneficial. Well-planned transportation was key in the delivery, and the spectacular views from the rear of the home simply cannot be beat!

The main level flows with an open concept kitchen, dining room, and living room featuring a wood burning fireplace. Open up the French doors onto the covered back porch with its own fireplace and take in the breathtaking views. Off the kitchen lies a 1/2 bath and utility room. Upstairs, you will find two spacious bedrooms, a bath, and an office/study.
